The JC900 hydraulic down-the-hole drilling rig boasts better
performance than its previous generation. This is mostly due to its
fully optimized structure, lower drilling footage cost, and more
user-friendly design.
The power unit of the JC900 drilling rig is composed of a diesel
engine (or electric motor) and a hydraulic oil pump set. The
hydraulic motor has been optimized to provide auxiliary movements
required for drilling, feeding, lifting, walking and hydraulic
cylinder positioning.
The JC900 drilling rig provides an impressive rotating torque. Its
new planetary gearbox has a more compact structure with a larger
reduction ratio, which results in a higher torque transmission
efficiency, and smoother operation. Unlike its previous generation,
the new planetary gearbox does not require additional components
such as damping points for shock absorption.
The JC900 hydraulic down-the-hole drilling rig imported rotary
seals with good sealing performance and long life, as well as a
polymer liner that is wear-resistant and does not require
lubrication, which makes it more convenient. The manganese steel
guide rail frames are firm and wear-free. With its exceptional
drilling performance, the unconsolidated layer is not easy to jam,
and the hole formation rate is high.

The Yuchai 70kW supercharged engine (with optional Cummins 74kw) is
an extremely powerful engine that is also easy to maintain.
The two-stage air filter system in use ensures that the engine only
draws in clean air. This feature makes it safe and reliable for
extended use.
Even in high-temperature environments, the normal operation of both
the engine and hydraulic system is guaranteed by the oil-water
integrated radiator.
With strong climbing ability and the ability to tow air
compressors, the original imported walking motor can move at two
different speeds, the faster one saving shift time. With
maintenance-free support rollers that do not require oil and track
guards that prevent derailment, it can even be equipped with a
walking motor that you can operate without power.
Unlike similar drilling machines, the multi-angle,
extended-function drill arm of this device can drill horizontal,
front and rear angled, and lateral angled holes. This makes it 20%
more effective than similar drilling rigs.
Applications:
As a result of its state-of-the-art design, the back of rg is
equipped with an Operating System that allows the drill operator to
observe and centrally control all aspects of the machinery and
hydraulic system. The pneumatic operating system is both convenient
and safe, as it allows the operator to control it with only one
hand while traveling. Furthermore, its original imported control
valve ensures that its performance is more reliable than other
drilling machines available on the market.
In addition, the hydraulic and mechanical double lock ensures not
just the stable output of the large torque of the hydraulic motor,
but also guarantees a longer service life than other models that
use a worm and gear.
Lastly, the traveling system of the back of rg is powered by high
power hydraulic motors which are imported. Each crawler is driven
by a closed-end reducing gear, and is capable of breaking through
the spring brake system. Similarly, its air clutch provides the
same power in both positive and negative directions, and can
achieve a gradeability of up to 35° whilst dragging a compressor.
